Using the beta

By installing or using the Vyces beta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the beta.

Your license to use Vyces through Apple is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

What Vyces is

Vyces is a personal habit-logging tool that helps you record events and review patterns. It is provided for general informational and self-reflection purposes.

Beta software

This is pre-release software. Features may change, stop working, or be removed. Data loss and other errors are possible. Use the export tools if you need a separate copy of your history.

TestFlight builds expire according to Apple’s rules. Access to a particular beta build is not guaranteed.

No payment in this beta

The current TestFlight beta is free. It does not start a paid subscription or free trial. If paid features are introduced later, Vyces will show the applicable price and terms before any purchase.

Your data and device

You are responsible for access to your device and for any exported files you create. The current beta stores app data locally. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or unlawfully redistribute Vyces, except where applicable law expressly permits it. Do not use Vyces in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Feedback

You may send feedback through TestFlight. You allow Vyces to use that feedback to evaluate and improve the app without payment or obligation to you. Do not include information you do not want shared in feedback.

Availability and termination

Beta access may be changed or ended at any time. You may stop using Vyces by deleting the app. Sections that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations, remain effective after use ends.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the beta changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. During the beta, use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight for questions about these terms. See Support for details.
