Agreement

By downloading or using Vyces, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Vyces is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to the EULA. If the two conflict, the EULA applies to the license itself.

Vyces is operated by Konstantin Pochitalov, an individual developer (“we”, “us”).

What Vyces is

Vyces is a personal tracker. You log events such as drinks, cigarettes, sugar, caffeine, sleep, screen time or spending, and review your own patterns and reports.

Free use and Vyces+

Vyces can be used for free with a limited set of features. Vyces+ is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features, such as reports, insights and extra habits and widgets. The features included in each plan are shown in the app before you buy.

Vyces+ is offered as a monthly and a yearly subscription. The current price, billing period and any free trial are shown on the subscription screen in the app and on your App Store confirmation sheet before you confirm the purchase. Prices may differ by country and may include taxes.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if one applies.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If you cancel, Vyces+ stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your tracking history is not deleted when a subscription ends; features outside the free plan become unavailable.

Free trials

A plan may include a free trial. The trial length is shown before you start it. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is charged. Each Apple ID can use an introductory offer for a subscription group once, according to App Store rules. If you buy a subscription during a trial, any unused part of the trial ends.

Refunds and restoring purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds or see your payment details. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds follow Apple’s policies and applicable law.

If you reinstall Vyces or switch to a new iPhone with the same Apple ID, use Restore purchases in the app to reconnect an active subscription.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. Apple notifies you of price increases as required by App Store rules and, where required, asks for your consent before the new price applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Your data and device

Your tracking history is stored on your iPhone and, when iCloud is available, in your private iCloud database to keep your iPhones in sync. You are responsible for access to your devices and your Apple Account, for your backups, and for any files you export. Signing in is optional. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or unlawfully redistribute Vyces, except where applicable law expressly permits it. Do not use Vyces in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Ownership

Vyces, its design, icons and content belong to us. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property to you. The entries you create belong to you.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Vyces without payment or obligation to you.

Changes to the app and termination

We may add, change or remove features. You may stop using Vyces at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any subscription. Sections that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations, remain effective after use ends.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyces is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paid subscriptions, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
