Found something confusing, broken, or unexpectedly useful? Send it from TestFlight so the report stays connected to the beta build you used.
Send feedback
Open TestFlight, select Vyces, then tap Send Beta Feedback. Include what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot when the issue is visual.
For account, sign-in, or privacy questions, email zhuck182@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or access tokens.
Your data
Tracking works without an account. Optional sign-in creates a separate account and does not sync your history. Your tracking history stays on your iPhone. You can export Markdown, CSV, or JSON from History or Settings before removing the app.
Use Delete account in the app’s account screen to delete your sign-in account. Local tracking history stays on your device. Signing out or deleting the app does not delete your server-side account.
Reminders
Vyces reminders are local notifications. If one does not arrive, check that notifications are allowed for Vyces in iPhone Settings and that the reminder is enabled inside the app.
App lock
Face ID or Touch ID is handled by iOS. If authentication is unavailable, confirm that device authentication is set up and allowed for Vyces in iPhone Settings.
Beta limitations
TestFlight builds expire and beta software can contain defects. Export anything you cannot afford to lose. See the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for details.
