Is Vyces a habit tracker?
Vyces is a habit logger. You record what happened and look for patterns in your history. There are no targets to hit, streaks to maintain or scores for how well you’re doing.
Do I need an account?
You can start logging without a Vyces account. Your history syncs through your Apple Account’s iCloud. Optional Vyces sign-in stays separate from your tracking history.
What happens if I stop subscribing?
You can keep logging two habits for free. Your full history stays available, and you can still read reports that were already formed during your subscription.
Does everything work without internet?
You can add logs and browse your history offline. iCloud sync, signing in and checking or purchasing a subscription need an internet connection.
Can I add a log I forgot?
Yes. Pick the day in the calendar at the top of Today and tap + on the habit. The log is saved to that day.
Will my history move to a new iPhone?
Your history syncs through iCloud to other iPhones signed in to the same Apple Account, and a new iPhone restores it on its own. To bring back vyces+, open the subscription screen in Vyces and tap Restore purchases.
Can I export or delete my data?
With vyces+ you can export your history as Markdown, CSV or JSON from History or Settings. To erase it on all your iPhones and in iCloud, use Reset all data in Settings, Privacy.
How do I cancel vyces+?
vyces+ is billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Which languages does Vyces support?
English, Russian and Ukrainian. Vyces follows your iPhone’s language, or you can choose one in Settings.
Which iPhones can run Vyces?
Any iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
Vyces+ subscription
Vyces+ is billed by Apple through your Apple ID. To cancel or change your plan, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or free trial ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Reinstalled the app or moved to a new iPhone? Open the subscription screen in Vyces and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot see or refund App Store payments ourselves.
Your data
Tracking works without an account. Your history stays on your iPhone and syncs through your iCloud to other iPhones signed in to the same Apple Account; a new iPhone restores it on its own. Optional sign-in creates a separate account and does not affect sync. You can export Markdown, CSV, or JSON from History or Settings at any time.
History missing on a new iPhone? Check that it is signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account, that iCloud is on for Vyces in iPhone Settings, and that the iPhone is online. The first download can take a few minutes.
Use Delete account in the app’s account screen to delete your sign-in account. Your tracking history stays on your devices and in iCloud. Signing out or deleting the app does not delete your server-side account. To erase your history on all your iPhones and in iCloud, use Reset all data in Settings, Privacy. On a newly set up iPhone, wait until your history appears first: records it has not downloaded yet are not deleted.
Reminders
Vyces reminders are local notifications. If one does not arrive, check that notifications are allowed for Vyces in iPhone Settings and that the reminder is enabled inside the app.
App lock
Face ID or Touch ID is handled by iOS. If authentication is unavailable, confirm that device authentication is set up and allowed for Vyces in iPhone Settings.
